INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
3 Tbsp brown rice syrup, agave or honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce (or GF alternative like Braggs or Coconut Aminos)
1 garlic clove, finely minced ( use a garlic press)
1 Tbsp ginger, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chili flakes or chili paste (optional - for lovers of heat)
METHOD
Whisk Asian Slaw Dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and lavish over your thinly sliced cabbage. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and/ or crushed peanuts (optional).
