INGREDIENTS
3 cups celery
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
Ice, to serve
METHOD
Wash and cut celery stalks into medium pieces.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water.
Blend until smooth.
Place a metal strainer over a bowl and pour in the blended puree. If you let the mixture sit in the strainer for a few minutes the juice will naturally fall into the bowl. Discard the remaining pulp.
Place ice in glass and pour in juice. Serve.
