INGREDIENTS
1 celery stalk
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 cup green leafy greens (try kale and parsley)
1 cup cold water
2 ice cubes
METHOD
Throw in the blender, blitz and pour over ice – simple. If you don’t enjoy pulp in your juice, use a small mesh sieve to pour the juice through, and use the back of a spoon to press the pulp into the sieve to extract as much liquid as possible.
