INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
1/4 cup Nature’s Delight almonds, pecans or macadamias, chopped
1 cup Nature’s Delight dried fruit (cranberries, dates and Australian apricots all work a treat)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 150°C.
In a saucepan add honey, sugar and oil. Heat on low, stirring often, for 5 minutes until sugar dissolves. Put aside.
Line a deep baking dish with baking paper and add oats and nuts. Combine with honey mixture and spread evenly on tray.
Place in oven for 30mins, until toasty golden. Set aside.
Once cool place in an airtight container.
