INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 banana, roughly cut
4 soft, Nature's Delight pitted dates
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp ginger, crushed
1 tsp chia seeds
Pinch salt (optional)
METHOD
In a microwave safe cup, combine the orange juice and dates. Microwave them on high for 15 seconds. Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients.
Throw in the blender, blitz and pour over ice.
